		<description><![CDATA[Yay! Whew, I&#039;m so glad you&#039;re back from mission safely and that doggie had a chance to clean up after you messy eaters. 

Indeed, one village at a time. We shouldn&#039;t expect warriors to be diplomats too, but you do it better than real diplomats. Because you are right there with the people, seeing their lives, speaking with them, and delivering directly to them the help they seek. 

I remain enormously proud of you SMSgt. You and Liisa are a treasure to us.]]></description>
